I am not a huge Scorpions fan, but when I was 15 I tried unsuccessfully to learn the solo. At that time, my rhythm and technique were pretty shaky. Recently I was able to learn it, and record it in about 30 minutes. That shows what good technique and rhythm can do.

This is one of my favorite solos ever. David Gilmour's guitar playing has been an inspiration for me since I was 16.

I recreated the intro seque using the same Tchaikovsky: Symphony No.4 Leonard Bernstein New York Philharmonic recording as the orginal. Yes, that is me playing the guitar.
